AV ICT Executive - Woodlands - Part-Time

Contract Period: From 8 July 2026 to 19 November 2027

Working hours:
·     Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 am to 4:15 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
·     Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:
1)      To manage and maintain the school's Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and infrastructure
2)      To set up, operate and manage AV for school events and daily school routines
3)      To assist in media production for school events and/or external school activities
4)      To provide assistance to students in the usage of their Personal Learning Device (Apple iPad) and school accounts
5)      To plan for, prepare materials and conduct lessons for students and teachers on areas of media production and digital productivity, so as to increase their competence and confidence in using the relevant software
6)      To work with the ICT Technical Team
7)      To assist in MOE-initiated rollouts and projects.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
a)       Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production, or any other relevant certification.
b)      Minimum three years of working experience in managing ICT systems, AV equipment and media production.
·    Training or orienting end users on AV / ICT / Media function
·    Proactive maintenance & asset ownership
·    Independent troubleshooting under pressure
·    Leading or directing productions / coordinating events with stakeholders
c)      Competent and well-versed in at least one in each category:
·    AV equipment management – Projectors, PA systems, mixers, microphones, AV systems, broadcasting / studio room equipment, amplifiers, wireless systems.
·    iOS device management – Managing iOS devices using Apple School Manager and Device Management Applications.
·    Photo and video capture – DSLRs, mirrorless cameras and standalone camcorders.
·    Video and image editing – iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other related image and video editing products.
·    Google Workspace & Canva – Slides, Docs, Sites, Drive.
d)       MOE-registered coach/instructor and remain successfully registered throughout the Contract Period.
e)       Comply with the Expectation of Instructors
f)        Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-related environment
g)       Minimum of 1 year in conducting training, workshops or lessons, with the ability to design training materials.
