Billingual Enrichment Teacher - Part-Time

Little Master Singapore is looking for a passionate and committed Teacher to join our growing team. We specialise in personalised learning for children aged 3 to 12, helping them build strong language foundations, confidence, and effective learning habits.

The teacher will be responsible for guiding students through English literacy, reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, phonics, and composition skills based on each child’s learning level.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct English and Chinese lessons for preschool and primary school students.
• Assess students’ current learning abilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver lessons according to students’ individual learning needs.
• Guide students in phonics, reading, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension, writing, and composition.
• Provide clear guidance during worksheet and practice sessions.
• Track students’ learning progress and update the centre management regularly.
• Provide brief learning feedback to parents when required.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and encouraging classroom environment.
• Support students in building confidence, discipline, and independent learning habits.
• Work closely with the team to ensure lesson quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in English, Education, Early Childhood, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching experience with preschool or primary school students is preferred.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with children.
• Able to manage students with different learning abilities and personalities.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Willing to follow Little Master’s teaching system, lesson flow, and training structure.
• Positive working attitude and able to grow together with the team.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in education may also be considered.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience teaching phonics, reading, writing, comprehension, or composition.
• Familiar with Singapore MOE English syllabus.
• Able to teach students from preschool to upper primary level.
• Responsible, punctual, teachable, and team-oriented.
• Passionate about helping children enjoy learning and improve step by step.

Kovan / Bukit Timah / Punggol
Location arrangement will be discussed based on operational needs.

Working Days and Hours

To be discussed during the interview.
Weekend availability is preferred.
