Responsibilities
• Structure, plan and prepare lessons tailored to individual students' needs and syllabuses • Teach music theory, aural skills, and practical techniques to students preparing for examinations • Inspire and encourage progress in the student's learning journey • Assess student abilities, provide feedback and write reports for parental feedback • Participate in accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance • Collaborate with colleagues in group activities such as camps and exam preparation
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master Degree, Diploma in Music (ABRSM) • Grade 8 Music Theory (ABRSM) • 3-4 years of teaching or related experience preferred • Bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills • Job location in Singapore
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to structure and plan lessons • Knowledge of music theory and practical techniques • Strong communication skills • Experience in teaching or related fields
