Discipline Teacher Aide Ang Mo Kio - Part-Time

Job Scope

1. Assist school’s Discipline team in the following areas:

• Managing and tracking of late-comers

• Managing and tracking of students on detention and suspension

• Patrolling within and outside school compound during and after school hours

• Supporting investigation of discipline cases

• Providing guidance to students involved in discipline cases

2. Provide administrative and operations support for school events

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education

• At least 1 year of working experience working with students/teenagers, preferably in the area of discipline management

• Good team player

• Possess good people skills and able to engage students, contact parents and liaise with teachers; demonstrates patience and empathy

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve targets set

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, sufficient to perform day-to-day administrative tasks independently

Contract Duration: From 3 August 2026 to 31 December 2027 (Option to Extend: 10 months from 1 January 2028 to 31 October 2028)

Working Arrangement:

• Mondays and Wednesdays: 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• Tuesday sand Thursdays: 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• Fridays: 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

• Service not required on these period:
• During year-end school holidays in November and December 2026 and 2027.
• During mid-year school holidays in June 2027 and 2028

Salary: $2,300 to $2,500 per month
