Job Summary

Deliver personalised English lessons and interventions to students, monitor progress, and collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent educational standards and student success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons in one-to-one or small-group settings to support student learning
• Plan lessons tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals to maximise engagement and outcomes
• Implement personalised intervention strategies based on students’ diagnostic profiles to address academic challenges
• Monitor and assess student academic progress regularly and provide timely updates to the company
• Maintain accurate and detailed lesson records and student progress reports for ongoing evaluation
• Collaborate effectively with the academic team to uphold consistent educational standards and share best practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience teaching Primary and/or Secondary English in MOE or International School settings
• Ability to explain English concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with students and parents
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster positive interactions with students and parents
• Commitment to a consistent teaching schedule for at least 12 months

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree holder (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferred)
• Passionate about helping students improve and achieve their academic goals
