As a Fitness Trainer at FITLUC, you won’t just be training clients — you’ll be shaping experiences, changing lives, and building the future of fitness with a supportive, driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver customised training programmes for Personal Training (PT) clients — both in-gym, on-site and via video calls

• Coach, motivate, and guide clients through their fitness journeys

• Manage client enquiries and promote PT packages

• Support fitness content creation for social media, blogs, and our website

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of trainers to execute fitness bootcamps, events, and unique fitness experiences

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required to support operational needs and business growth
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Personal Training / Fitness coaching experience is a plus, but not required — we welcome entry-level trainers who are eager and open to learn

• Currently pursuing or graduated in a relevant field (e.g. Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Physiotherapy, etc.)

• Personal Training certification preferred — or willingness to get certified

• Strong foundation in Fitness Training & Programming, Gym Equipment & Bodyweight exercises, Nutrition & Diet Principles

• Confident communicator with good written and spoken English

• Genuine passion for inspiring, motivating and helping people on their fitness journeys

• Social media savvy and comfortable being on or behind content

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment

• Demonstrated leadership or achievement in sports or fitness activities is a bonus

• Able to start work within short notice
