Program Overview

This program uses football as a platform to develop students' interpersonal and self-management skills. Through structured football training and guided reflection sessions, students will strengthen communication, teamwork, emotional regulation, discipline, and positive peer relationships.

Students

• Secondary 1 to Secondary 5 Boys

Program Duration

Start: 8 July 2026 (or the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, whichever is later)
End: 23 September 2026 (or adjusted according to the actual start date)

Schedule

Every Wednesday | 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured football coaching sessions.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, communication, and sportsmanship.
• Facilitate simple reflection and debrief activities after training.
• Ensure students' safety and well-being throughout the program.
• Liaise professionally with school personnel and program coordinators.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• Valid MOE Instructor Registration
• Valid NROC Certification
• Valid Standard First Aid + CPR/AED Certification

Applicants who do not meet the above requirements will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Football coaching experience in schools or youth project.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Passionate about youth development through sports.
• Able to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
