Freelance Primary Maths Tutor & Curriculum Developer (P1–P3)

We're a growing enrichment centre looking for an experienced maths educator to teach our P1 and P2 classes and help us build a brand-new P3 programme from the ground up.

This is a great fit if you love primary maths, enjoy designing engaging, hands-on lessons, and want flexible hours alongside your other work.

What you'll do

• Teach two weekly small-group classes:P2 — Fridays, 3:15–4:45pmP1 — Sundays, 10:15–11:45am
• Develop our P3 maths programme: a term-by-term scheme of work, worksheets, and teacher materials aligned to the current MOE syllabus (paid separately as project hours)
• Grow with us — teaching hours will expand as the P3 programme launches

What we're looking for

• Strong grounding in the current MOE primary maths syllabus, including the model (bar) method and heuristics
• Prior teaching experience — NIE-trained / ex-MOE educators strongly preferred
• A warm, energetic style that works well with young children
• Comfortable designing lessons and materials independently

What we offer

• Teaching: $50–70/hr, based on qualifications and experience
• Continued teaching work throughout the year
• Curriculum development: paid per lesson package or as an agreed project fee — rate confirmed based on scope and experience
• Flexible, low-commitment schedule with room to grow
