*Govt* Senior Manager (Research) - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (Research) to drive applied research initiatives in Human Factors Engineering (HFE) and collaborate with tertiary institutions, research organisations, and industry partners to enhance human-centred platform design and training capabilities.

• Duration: 1-year

JOB SCOPES:

• Lead and conduct applied research in Human Factors Engineering (HFE), with a focus on Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Cognitive Task Analysis.

• Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and industry partners on research studies, testing, and capability development.
• Translate research findings into practical design recommendations and parameters for new platforms and enhancements to existing systems.
• Develop recommendations on live-virtual training mixes to optimise platform training effectiveness.
• Analyse research data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support research planning, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare research documentation, presentations, and reports for management review.

Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant experience in Human Factor Engineering/STEM and related fields 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Human Factor Engineering/STEM related studies
