HR Business Partner #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring an HR Business Partner to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
• Provide HR advisory on recruitment, performance management, rewards, employee relations, policy interpretation, and Employment Act compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Centres of Excellence to deliver HR initiatives and support change management projects.
• Support manpower planning, budget planning, employee development, and other strategic HR initiatives.
• Min Degree with at least 5 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering with good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and labour laws.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Salary: up to $9000
• Contract Period: 1 year
