ICT Trainer - Woodlands - Part-Time

Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of one year.

Working hours:
·    Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
·    Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
·    Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:
1.      Work with ICT and Aesthetic departments to prepare teaching materials and projects for the delivery of skill-based lessons.
2.      Support departments in the conduct of planned ICT lessons such as touch typing, Microsoft applications, Canva, photo editing, and animation.
3.      Conduct digital art lessons using iPad.
4.      Support Infocomm Club CCA teachers in training students in the areas of Digital Gaming, Basic Coding, Photography and Videography.
5.      Maintain authority website (Isomer), intranet Google Sites and create e-Open House site.
6.      Prepare digital artwork for authority posters / signage / videos/ presentation slides.
7.      Provide support for ICT/AVA equipment setup for department programmes.

Qualifications, skills and experience:
1.    Minimum qualification – Diploma in Digital Media or related courses
2.    Knowledge and use of Adobe Photoshop, web design, photography, video production and editing. Candidates will be requested to provide examples of works related to digital media and video / photography.
3.    At least one year of work experience as an ICT trainer in digital media.
