Conduct intake assessments and observations, evaluate trainees' abilities, and provide placement recommendations.
Plan and deliver vocational readiness and life skills training to prepare trainees for employment and independent living.
Maintain accurate assessment reports, trainee records, and monitor trainees' progress through regular documentation.
Collaborate and communicate with caregivers, programme teams, employers, and other stakeholders to support trainees' development and successful transition.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related discipline.
Preferably with experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism in assessment, vocational training, or transition programmes.
Good communication, interpersonal, assessment, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Passionate about empowering individuals with special needs and able to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
