L&D Operations Specialist [Public Sector/ UP 7k] - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to support capability development and communications learning initiatives.
• We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager (Programmes & Operations) to support the sourcing, coordination, and execution of learning programmes, webinars, and external training partnerships.

The Talent

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of total work experience, with at least 3–5 years in learning and development
• Strong experience in sourcing and curating training programmes or learning content
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with external training providers or industry practitioners is an advantage

Job Description

• Source, curate, and package learning programmes to strengthen communications competencies
• Maintain and update learning resources and course listings by competency and proficiency level
• Coordinate and execute communications-focused webinars, including speaker management, logistics, and follow-up
• Manage the annual learning calendar, including planning, scheduling, and quarterly publicity
• Develop marketing and communication materials to promote learning and development offerings
• Build and expand external partnerships with training institutions and industry practitioners
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers on learning and development matters
• Provide project management support for capability development initiatives and learning platforms
• Support planning and execution of in-person and digital learning activities
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required
