Museum Programme Executive (Salary Up To $2,900) JO28724 - Part-Time

Key Highlights

• Contract Duration: 1 year
• Salary: $2,500 – $2,900
• Working Hours: Mon – Thu: 8.15 – 5.45pm | Fri: 8.15am – 5.15pm
• Work Location: Armenian Street, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Education & Access Programmes (Tours, Workshops, Exhibitions)

• Manage and monitor school booking systems for museum programmes
• Handle enquiries and coordination for school visits via email and phone
• Manage bookings and communications with access/community groups
• Welcome school and community groups and support crowd control during peak periods
• Prepare and monitor learning resources (activity cards, worksheets, booklets, etc.)
• Coordinate logistics and equipment for workshops and programmes
• Support onsite and online programme delivery

Content & Programme Support

• Assist Education Managers in research and content development for Early Childhood, Education, and Access programmes
• Maintain exhibition interpretive spaces
• Assist in dissemination of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, resource kits)

Administration & Reporting

• Collate programme statistics and KPIs
• Maintain records and booking data
• Support general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Arts Management, Education, Art, History, Museum or related field preferred
• Able to manage large student groups (up to 80 participants per session)
• Strong written communication and email management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and online booking systems
• Comfortable handling high-volume stakeholder communication (teachers, vendors, partners)
• Experience in education or museum settings is an advantage
