Job Description - Nutrition & Food Science Assistant - Part-Time

Job summary
Recruiting for the positions of Nutrition & Food Science Assistant Secondment to a MOE Secondary School located in East Coast Road Contract period from 28 Dec 2023 to 27 Dec 2024
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients trays for NFS practical lessons/practical exam • Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchen • Assist with food, kitchen equipment, and cleaning materials/equipment order • Keep track of ingredients stock and expiry date • Clean refrigerator once in June and October • Wash and fold kitchen towels and apron • Contact OM to report defects in kitchen 1 and 2 • Maintain cleanliness of Staff Lounge 2 • Perform any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, OM, or AM
Requirements
• Preferably with at least secondary education • Preferably one year of experience as FCK Kitchen Assistant in a secondary school
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to communicate in simple English • Ability to cook
