Nutritionist (Part-Time)

As a Nutritionist, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy eating habits and educating our members on the importance of a balanced diet through workshops. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nutrition programs, and initiatives to support members health goals.
• Conduct nutrition workshops for members, aiming to promote healthy eating habits, raise awareness about nutrition-related topics, and offer guidance and support to facilitate sustainable lifestyle changes in achieving their nutrition and health objectives.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition education and awareness to members, emphasizing the importance of balanced diets, portion control, nutrient intake, and healthy eating habits.
• Stay current with the latest research, trends, and guidelines in nutrition science and public health, incorporating evidence-based practices into education materials.
• Address age-related nutritional concerns and providing practical solutions and recommendations to optimize nutritional intake and well-being.
• Offer guidance in meal planning, selecting nutritious foods, reading food labels, adapting recipes to meet dietary needs and preferences, and demonstrating cooking techniques as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Food Science and Nutrition or related field of study.
• Proven experience as a Nutritionist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
