Operations Executive / Up To S$2,500 / Aljunied - Part-Time

Job Description

Assist Operations Manager in the following:

· Supervise and manage daily operations on site.

· Plan and organize manpower for operations.

· Lead and mentor junior officers / staff

· Minor repair work.

· Identify faults to ensure school is safe and building is properly maintained.

· To accompany contractors when in school for repairs/maintenance.

· Security/access control at school gates, mainly (but not limited) at the new drop off/pick up along Aljunied Road.

Requirements

· Building Construction Authority (BCA) diploma, in Facilities Management-related discipline or Relevant and Equivalent qualification.

· An effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

· A meticulous individual who is able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

· 3 years of relevant work experience.

Working hours

· Mondays to Thursdays: 6.30am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

· Fridays: 6.30am to 3.00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Additional info:

· Contract Period: From 29 July 2024 to 28 July 2025

· With option to extend (Discretion)

· This is an outsource role
