Operations Support Officer - Part-Time

This advertisement is for the recruiting position of Operation Support Officer.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Primary School located in Tampines

Contract Period: From 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Option To Extend: for a further period of one year

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursday: 7.00am to 4.30pm inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Printing of worksheets and examination papers
• Maintaining the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace
• Providing logistical support for school events and activities
• Simple administrative and office work(e.g. answering phone calls, collating data, simple data entry, distribution of material, attending to students and stakeholders)
• Any other assigned duties.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Ability to communicate and work in teams
• Customer service
• Prior experience in providing similar services would be an advantage.
• Microsoft Office Word
• Know how to operate an office printing machine/copier
