PART-TIME Trainer / Teacher

Seeking a passionate, energetic, and tech-savvy Part-Time Robotics Instructor to join our growing team. In this role, you will inspire the next generation of creators, innovators, and engineers by delivering hands-on STEM education.

Using our proprietary kits and structured curriculum, you will guide students through the core principles of mechanical building, block-based coding, and text-based Python programming. Key Responsibilities

Deliver Engaging Classes: Teach progressive robotics to students ranging from ages 4 to 17 across our different curriculum tracks (Junior, Young, Senior, Advanced, and Master Engineer).

Apply the 5E Methodology: Structure lessons effectively around the 5E Method—Engagement, Exploration, Explanation, Elaboration, and Evaluation—to ensure a holistic and interactive learning journey.

Hands-on Mentorship: Guide students through physical robot construction, block-based visual programming (CodeSpark tracks)

Progress Tracking: Evaluate student growth, celebrate their technical milestones, and provide constructive feedback to parents on their child’s creative and critical thinking development.

Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, collaborative, and fun studio environment that encourages teamwork, problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with visual/block-based programming platforms (e.g., Scratch, Blockly).

Comfortable working with basic electronics, hardware components, and intelligent sensors.

Teaching & Soft Skills:

Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring children/teens is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex logic into fun, easy-to-understand concepts.

Patience, high energy, and a genuine passion for youth education.

Working Hours & Location

Employment Type: Part-Time / Freelance.

Schedule: Flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) or weekday after-school hours depending on class schedules.
