About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Phonics Teacher to join GRAPES ENRICHMENT CENTRE. We welcome fresh graduates with no experience. Candidates with prior teaching experience will have an added advantage.

You will help young learners aged 3 to 6 years old build strong reading, pronunciation, and language foundations through fun and interactive phonics lessons.

Key Responsibilities

·        Conduct engaging Phonics and early literacy lessons for children aged 3–6 in small group settings

·        Help children develop strong foundations in reading, pronunciation, and language confidence

·        Use fun, interactive, and structured teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective

·        Guide students in recognising sounds, blending words, and improving reading fluency

·        Observe and track student progress, providing simple feedback to support learning improvement

·        Create a warm, supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence

·        Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development milestones

·        Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure high-quality lesson delivery and learning outcomes

·        Assist with centre activities and operational needs when required

Requirements

• Diploma qualification (fresh graduates welcome)
• No experience required (training provided)
• Passion for teaching young children

• Strong communication skills
