Job Summary

We're seeking passionate Piano Teachers who believe that music education goes beyond playing the right notes. Compensation & Earnings

• Competitive commission per student based on experience
• Performance bonus incentives based on student retention
• Opportunity to transition into a fixed-rate / fixed-salaried position

Earnings depend on teaching load, retention, and schedule availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct piano lessons for students of various ages and skill levels
• Develop students’ musical understanding, technique, and confidence
• Prepare students for graded ABRSM exams, recitals, and competitions
• Monitor and track student progress
• Maintain a positive, passionate attitude towards teaching
• Contribute ideas for new programmes and curriculum
• Participate in discussions with the director and teaching team where needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Music / Performance or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of piano techniques and music theory
• Experience teaching young beginners (age 3–6) and adults
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience
• Responsible, patient, and student-focused
• English-speaking (multilingual is a plus)
