School Admin, Woodlands - Part-Time

Contract Period: From 25 July 2024 to 24 July 2026

Mondays & Fridays : 7:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Tuesdays : 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Wednesdays & Thursdays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the school administration team to ensure smooth school operations.
• Execute a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Manage incoming phone calls and assist walk-in inquiries from parents, students, and the general public.
• Fulfill other office duties as needed and delegated by the school.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least a GCE "O" Level Certificate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
