Tamasha by Deepika Rajani, a dynamic and innovative enrichment school, is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech and drama Teacher to join our team. As a Speech and drama Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and nurturing the creative talents of our students, fostering a love for the performing arts.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Speech & Drama Classes: Plan and deliver engaging and interactive speech and drama lessons for students of various age groups.
2. Develop Curriculum: Design a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the group's vision and values, promoting creativity, self-expression, and confidence in students.
3. Facilitate Workshops: Organize and lead workshops, rehearsals, and performances to enhance students' theatrical skills and stage presence.
4. Individualized Instruction: Provide constructive feedback and individualized instruction to students, focusing on their unique strengths and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with other teachers, directors, and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
6. Participate in Events: Actively participate in events, showcases, and productions organized by Tamasha by Deepika Rajani, contributing to the overall success of the group.
7. Maintain Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, teaching methodologies, and incorporate innovative techniques into lesson plans.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma / Degree in Theatre, Drama, Education, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Speech and Drama Teacher or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of drama and theatre techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for fostering creativity and self-expression in students.
6. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
