Student Discipline Officer (5 Months Up To $3.5k) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Support the school’s student discipline processes by supervising programmes, managing records, and handling behavioural cases. The role also involves coordinating with staff to promote positive behaviour and supporting daily school operations and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support student discipline programmes, including detention and suspension management
• Manage discipline room operations, student records, and daily attendance/late-coming tracking
• Perform case management and follow-ups for student behavioural issues and ensure proper documentation
• Work with school teams to promote positive behaviour and implement discipline initiatives
• Support school activities and examination periods (e.g. patrolling, student supervision, escort duties)
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and data tracking related to student discipline and compliance

Requirements

• Experience in coaching and mentoring at-risk youths
• Skilled in handling student discipline cases and preparing investigation reports
• Familiar with school systems, student databases, and online platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Other Information

• Location: Tampines
• Working Schedule: Mon - Thu (7.30am - 4.30pm), Fri (7.30am - 4.30pm)
• Service not required on Weekends & PH
• Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
