Adecco is partnering with a reputable organisation in the education sector to recruit dedicated Student Engagement Officers who are passionate about supporting and guiding youths through their developmental journey.

What you will do:

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and behavioural support to students
• Engage and build positive relationships with youths
• Facilitate structured activities and developmental programmes
• Support a safe and inclusive school environment
• Provide structured support and engagement for students through programmes and mentoring
• Build students’ resilience, social-emotional skills, and overall development
• Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related discipline (preferred)
• Prior experience working in schools/with youths
• Preferably registered with MOE (REMS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with youths and supporting their growth
• Prior experience in youth work, education, or community services is beneficial
