Student Management Officer (5 Months) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Support student discipline and behavioural management by monitoring attendance for corrective programmes, conducting student supervision and patrols, responding to behavioural incidents, and engaging students in positive behaviour interventions. Work closely with parents, teachers, and school stakeholders to support student rehabilitation, progress monitoring, and overall school safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student attendance for corrective programmes and follow up on absentees.
• Communicate with parents regarding attendance, progress, and programme arrangements.
• Conduct patrols during recess and lunch to monitor student behaviour and enforce school rules.
• Engage students positively to encourage appropriate behaviour and prevent misconduct.
• Support restorative discussions and corrective counselling for students involved in disciplinary cases.
• Respond to student behavioural incidents and assist with initial investigations and report writing.
• Supervise corrective programmes, ensuring students complete assigned tasks and maintain proper conduct.
• Assist with school and out-of-school patrol duties.
• Work closely with school staff, parents, and stakeholders to support students' behavioural improvement and rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in student supervision, social work, or related field

• Working Schedule: Mon - Thu (9am - 2pm) Fri (8.30am - 2.30pm)
• $20/hr
