Student Management Support Officer School Boon Lay Drive Part-Time

The services required shall include, but are not limite to, the following:

1. One-to-One Student Support: Provide dedicated mentoring and

befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS) within the

discipline domain, including students who have been assigned

disciplinary consequences by the school.

2. Motivational Programmes and Engagements: Plan and conduct

motivational talks or engagements sessions aimed at inspiring

students, strengthening character development, and addressing

discipline-related concerns.

3. Discipline and Investigation Support: Assist in conducting basic

fact-finding and information-gathering activities to support the

school’s investigation of student-related incidents. Assist in

patrolling the neighbourhood with KPs after school hours.

4. Parent Engagement: Support the Discipline Master in engaging

parents and guadians on matters relating to student discipline,

behaviour management, and student development.
