Swim Part-Time Coach - Learn To Swim

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learn-to-Swim

Coach to teach children aged 4-8 years old. The ideal coach has a

positive attitude, patience, and the ability to inspire beginners to

enjoy swimming while building strong foundational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills to students (4 years and above) using our

structured curriculum.

• Conduct both group and private lessons in a fun, safe, and

engaging environment.

• Track students' progress and recommend termly level upgrades

based on set criteria.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding

student development.

• Collaborate with fellow coaches and provide support when

needed.

• Manage lesson equipment and record attendance before and

after classes.

Requirements

• Certified in Learn-to-Swim (LTS) Coaching.

• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.

• Strong understanding of young children's learning needs and

behavior.

• Patient, positive, and skilled in communication.

• Ability to manage and engage classes effectively.

• Availability to work on weekends (mornings and afternoons).

• Valid certifications in First Aid, CPR + AED, and Life Saving.
