Temp Senior Executive (Programme Operations - Placement Programmes) - Part-Time

The Professional & Adult Continuing Education Academy (PACE) at Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a dedicated Senior Executive to join our Programme Operations Division in a temporary (11.5 months) [full-time] position.

[What you will work on] Responsibilities:-

The Senior Executive (Programme Operations – Placement Programmes) supports the end-to-end job placement activities for learners in the Work Study Programmes (WSPs), SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes (SCTPs) and other placement programmes. Reporting to the Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks that are crucial for the success of the job placement, including:

• Coordinate job placement activities for WSP and SCTP learners, including candidate matching, interview arrangements, onboarding and offboarding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with WSP and SCTP learners to support learner success and facilitate positive employment outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers and hiring partners to source placement opportunities and facilitate successful employment outcomes.

• Update and maintain the employer and placement database to support effective job matching and placement tracking.

[What we are looking for] Requirements:-

• A minimum of 2-3 years of Sales/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in an educational or adult learning setting.

• Exceptional multitasking abilities and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• Resourceful and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills (written and spoken).

• Working independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Proficient in IT software (Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Outlook, MSTeams, Zoom).

• Career coaching or advisory experience is preferred.
