Training Analyst - 12 Months Contract - SGD6500 - Part-Time

Are you passionate about developing impactful training programs and supporting learning initiatives? We’re seeking a dedicated Training Analyst to join our team and help shape effective training solutions across our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the Learning/Training Lead in designing, developing, and deploying engaging training and performance support materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
• Provide innovative solutions for team and organizational challenges.
• Design training content aligned with Wave 1 training materials, ensuring it caters to diverse learners.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on participant feedback and industry best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends in training and development to continually enhance learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Learning Content Development or related training roles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Learning Content Development.
• Intermediate proficiency in Training Visual Design preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Training and Performance Support, Training Evaluation Strategy, and Training Needs Analysis is a plus.
