Weapon Trainer (1 Year Contract, Opportunity To Renew / Convert) - Part-Time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Study and understand the manual and lesson plan for the assigned weapon system.
• Prepare the classroom and training materials in advance of each session.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons on weapon handling, safety, and operations.
• Organize and oversee auxiliary trainers during hands-on training exercises.
• Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) to evaluate training performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Summarize key points at the end of each lesson to reinforce learning outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Candidates with relevant experience in supervisory, training, or operational roles are welcome to apply. Experience from military/operational contexts (e.g. Supervising or Conducting Officer roles) may be considered an advantage.
• Experience in conducting live-firing and ranges.
• Versed in SAF Authorized Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Work location is at Jurong Camp.
