Personnel shall be responsible for:
1. Provides direct supervision of 15 to 20 high needsstudents. (School may
discharge or add students according to their needs)
2. Manages identified students during recesses.
3. Provides mandatory skills training forperpetrators/recalcitrant/poor behaviour
or attitude towards friends during recess e.g. calmingactivities, develop social
skills, restoration of friendship.
4. Works closely with YH/HOD SM to identify students forskills training/
intervention/support, recess/after school check-ins foridentified students

5. Leverages Peer Support Leaders during recess as apositive influencer during
recess
6. Supports data analysis e.g. Connectogram, schooldiscipline records, level-to-
level transition to identify trends and implementinterventions
7. Assists in the operations, e.g. support in the areas ofmonitoring Detention,
Correct Work Order(CWO) to conduct guidance sessions afterCWO, supports
initial stages of case management
8. Supports in ground duties after school
9. Conducts Corridor Checks during changeover of lessons
10. Attends CMT meetings to be familiar with identifiedstudents (1 to 2 times per
semester)
11. Supports SHINE 2.0, an after-school programme onWednesdays
