Job Highlights
Contract Duration: 12 months Contract Salary: Up to $6,400/month Location: Depot Road, Singapore Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
Standardise and improve product planning cadences, roadmap rituals, and cross-team coordination
Implement lightweight governance to ensure alignment while enabling team autonomy
Enhance recurring workflows such as onboarding, incident handling, and release processes
Introduce automation, tools, and documentation to reduce manual coordination
Develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and operating standards
ProductOps Tooling & Internal Products:
Maintain and improve internal ProductOps platforms (knowledge base, dashboards, AI copilot, design systems)
Act as the main point of contact for user feedback, issues, and escalations
Administer product tooling ecosystem within governance and security constraints
Track user experience metrics and prioritise improvements
AI-Native Practices & Innovation:
Leverage AI tools for productivity, reporting, documentation, and analysis
Explore and pilot new AI tools and workflows for adoption across teams
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into ProductOps processes
Support upskilling of teams in responsible and effective AI usage
Data & Insights:
Build dashboards and define metrics to support data-driven decision making
Translate product usage data into actionable insights
Automate reporting processes and ensure data accessibility with proper controls
Maintain trusted metrics frameworks used across teams
Adoption & Change Management:
Drive adoption of ProductOps tools and processes across stakeholders
Coordinate rollout plans, onboarding, and training initiatives
Gather and centralise feedback to inform product roadmap improvements
✅ Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Operations, Project/Program Coordination, or related roles
Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
Familiarity with product delivery and tooling (roadmaps, issue tracking, analytics platforms)
Strong communication skills with experience producing reports and documentation
Ability to work within governance, security, and compliance environments
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI tools, LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering, or automation
Exposure to internal product platforms, developer tooling, or design systems
Experience building AI-assisted workflows or agent-based solutions
Understanding of ProductOps, DevSecOps, or MLOps practices
Experience in defence, government, or regulated environments
Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration (advantageous but not required)
