Airfield Systems Engineer Changi Airport Up To $5000 #9398 - Part-Time

Contract – 1 year renewable/ convertible
Salary Range - $4500 to $5000 + Bonus
Location – Changi Airport
Work Days: Mon to Fri

Job Descriptions:

• Consult internal and external stakeholders to enhance and maintain applications used by engineering system maintenance teams, addressing operational gaps, audit requirements, and recent aerodrome changes

• Manage, implement, and maintain applications, including testing, validation, and providing feedback on functionality under live airside operating conditions.

• Participate in on-site Autonomous Vehicle technology trials, continuous monitoring, and follow-up activities to validate operational feasibility

• Support deployment, oversee trial operations, and manage the day-to-day movement and operations of AVs within the aerodrome

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• 2-3 years experience in aviation or transportation industry is an advantage

• Strong proficiency in backend programming languages and frameworks such as C# and Python

• Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL

• Working knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, React, Angular, and jQuery

• Familiarity with visualisation and low-code platforms such as OutSystems and Splunk

• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure solution implementation
