Assistant Project Engineer - Part-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Project Engineer to join our technical team.

You will work closely with Project Engineers to deploy, configure, and maintain robust network infrastructures. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys technical troubleshooting and wants to build a career in enterprise networking and systems integration.

You will contribute to projects that will leave lasting legacies.

Key Responsibilities

· On-Site Installation: Assist in the physical setup of networking hardware, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

· Testing & Commissioning: Conduct connectivity tests and performance checks to ensure systems meet client specifications.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate site records and simple technical documentation for project handovers.

· Maintenance & Support: Provide first-level technical support for hardware-related issues and perform routine firmware updates.

· Manage interfaces between internal and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

· Education: Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electronics / Info-Communications Technology (Networking) or a related field.

· Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) for reporting.

· Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to keep up with evolving enterprise technologies.

· Problem-Solving: A logical approach to troubleshooting technical glitches.

· Confident working with minimum supervision.

· Openness to flexible work schedule, including night or weekend shifts based on Project requirements.

· Singaporean preferred.
