Contract Rail Project Systems Engineer #HJN - Part-Time

Duties:

• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and rectification across critical subsystems including:
• Safety & Control systems
• Detection & supervision systems
• Trackside infrastructure
• Data and communications systems, including logging networks and proprietary software
• Prepare and review maintenance procedures and checklists
• Ensure compliance with CAG specifications, aviation safety standards, and rail regulations
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
• Manage critical spare parts and material availability
• Support rapid fault recovery within tight engineering windows
• Liaise with internal teams including Japan Design Office, Project Managers, and site technicians
• Act as technical point of contact for Changi Airport Group, vendors, and subcontractors

Working hours:
12 hour rotating shift from 8 to 8. Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 2 nights off 2 days.
