Engineering Internship - Part-Time

SEPPURE Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join its Engineering &Product team in Singapore. In this role, you will contribute to the development of membrane technologies for organic solvent nanofiltration applications. You will work closely with scientist and engineer to develop state of the art technology to solve energy and solvent recycling challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

The applicant will be assigned to Engineering and Product teams. The focus will surround the development of solvent-resistant nanofiltration membrane module intended for use in the food, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and oil refining industries. The applicant will be involved in R&D projects in a laboratory environment. The applicant will

·        work closely with dedicated teams of engineers and experts to execute development projects.

·        contribute to the ongoing development of the company core technology including module development, process optimization, and scaling up the processes.

·        Hand on experience on membrane fabrication, testing, and characterization.

·        Analysing data, feasibility study, and reporting out.

·        Being part of a team of highly motivated professionals.

Requirements and Qualifications

·        Undergraduate student, preferably with engineering/science background such as chemical, environmental, material, etc.

·        Experience and knowledge in membrane fabrication, membrane testing, and water treatment is a plus.

·        Fast learner and with strong interest in troubleshooting, problem solving and data analysis.

·        Creative, innovative, and detailed oriented.
