This opportunity is for a major FPSO project with an international engineering team, offering exposure to multidisciplinary engineering coordination and project execution.

About the Role

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead the overall engineering execution for the project, ensuring all engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and schedule. You will coordinate closely with engineering contractors, project stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to support successful construction and fabrication activities.

This role is based in Jiangsu, China, with regular travel to the engineering design office in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineering execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage engineering contractors to ensure timely delivery of design packages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across all project disciplines.
• Monitor engineering progress, resolve technical issues, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and project procedures.
• Support procurement, fabrication, and construction teams with engineering solutions.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and project management on engineering matters.

About You

You are an experienced engineering leader with a proven track record delivering EPC or FPSO projects. You possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical coordination skills, enabling you to drive engineering performance across international project teams.

Summary of Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience managing engineering activities for EPC, offshore, or FPSO projects.
• Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
• Experience managing engineering contractors and international project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
• Based in Jiangsu, China, with regular travel to India.
• Contract duration: 2 to 2.5 years.
