Engineering Supervisor - Part-Time

📍 Location: Sembawang
💰 Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 4,000 per month
🕒 Working Hours: Rotating Shift (6-Day Work Week)

• 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records and prepare operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize downtime.

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum NITEC in Engineering or a related discipline.
✔️ Experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, or related technical roles preferred.
✔️ Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
✔️ Comfortable working in a warm and humid environment and standing for extended periods.
✔️ Good problem-solving and communication skills.
