Equipment Maintenance Technician (Fresh Graduate Welcome/MNC Semiconductor) - Part-Time

Position: Equipment Maintenance Technician (12 months Contract, Renewable)
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 12 hours Rotating Shift

Job Responsibilities

•Assist in daily Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.

•Collect PM/CM kits and ad-hoc parts from stores and receiving centre’s.

•Send faulty parts for external servicing and receive repaired parts.

•Maintain cleanliness in work areas and module bays before and after tasks.

•Conduct 6S TPM audits and report work area conditions at shift end.

•Collaborate with shift team members and maintain communication with supervisors.

•Ensure safe work practices and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

•Dispose of faulty parts, hazardous materials, and damaged items in designated bins.

•Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols.

•May perform equipment set-up and calibration, and may perform routine preventative maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

•ITE in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics.

•Ability to read and interpret circuit and gas pipe diagrams.

•Willing to work in cleanroom environment and on 12 hours rotating shift (4-3 shift).

•Experience in mechanical and electrical Preventive/Corrective Maintenance.

•Strong teamwork and communication skills.

•Fresh Graduate with Learning mind is welcome.
