Facilities Engineer (Manufacturing / Electrical & Mechanical) - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance for Electrical, HVAC, MV, Compressed Air and P&S systems.
• Ensure safety compliance and operational reliability.
• Use IoT sensors and AI to drive predictive maintenance.
• Track KPIs for energy savings, power interruption, and breakdown recovery.
• Support AI-driven Maintenance Work Processes (MWP).
• Manage HT/LT, digital metering, energy monitoring, water and gas supply.
• Review vendor designs, manage approvals and enforce safety/compliance.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop IFM model to coordinate M&E maintenance.
• Lead facility repair and improvement projects.
• Drive cost savings and streamline repairs.
• Improve cross-team collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in facilities maintenance & management.
• Skilled in problem-solving, project & vendor management, leadership.
• Passion for innovation and technology in facilities management.
• Results-oriented, focused on energy efficiency & sustainability.
• Strong M&E systems expertise.
• Tech-savvy with an AI-driven mindset.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
