Field Service Engineer (Entry Level)

• Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore
• Employment Type: 2-Year Contract (Renewable / Conversion Opportunity)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

About the Opportunity

Start your engineering career in a specialised technical field supporting advanced production equipment used in the semiconductor and PCB industry. This role provides structured training, including overseas exposure, and is designed for individuals who want to build strong hands-on technical skills from the ground up.

No prior field service experience is required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, setup, and maintenance of production equipment locally and overseas
• Support troubleshooting and repair activities under guidance from senior engineers
• Participate in scheduled maintenance activities and service support tasks
• Learn to handle spare parts tracking and basic inventory support
• Work with internal teams and customers to understand technical issues and solutions
• Follow cleanroom and safety procedures at all times
• Participate in overseas training assignments, including structured training in Japan

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, or related fields
• No experience welcome to apply, training provided
• Strong interest in hands-on technical work and machinery
• Willingness to travel frequently for training and site assignments
• Comfortable working in cleanroom and production environments
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork mindset

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,600 – 3,000 (depending on qualification and aptitude)
