FMCS/ Instrument System Engineer - Part-Time

Experience
This position is a FMCS / Instrumentation System Engineer, primarily responsible for the on-site supervision, interface coordination, and execution support of FMCS and instrumentation systems for high-tech manufacturing facilities.

Candidates with experience in high-tech facility construction are highly preferred, with solid knowledge of instrumentation system design and installation, site management, integration of testing and commissioning schedules, FMCS system interfaces, and effective cross-disciplinary coordination.

Years of Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in FMCS, instrumentation, or control systems for semiconductor fabs, high-tech facilities, or industrial construction projects.

Licenses
Candidates shall possess qualifications and licenses in compliance with applicable local regulations and authority requirements.

Others
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines.

2. Strong hands-on experience in on-site supervision of instrumentation and control system installations.

3. Able to read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and FMCS-related drawings.

4.Familiar with construction sequencing, site coordination, and subcontractor supervision.

5. Able to work independently on site, and coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, system integrators, and Clients.

6. Able to communicate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, Clients, and authorities.

7. Willing to work in a site-based and shift-based environment, as required by the project.
