Incoming Inspector - Part-Time

ALG is currently recruiting for an Incoming Inspector for our client based in the west of Singapore. 

This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading manufacturing team, where you will play a vital role in vehicle inspection by inspecting incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality and operational standards.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform incoming inspections on materials and engineering drawings in accordance with Inspection Control Plans (ICP). 

• Guide and support junior inspectors to ensure inspections are carried out consistently and meet quality standards. 

• Report and document any non-conforming materials by raising the Spare Non-Conformance Action (SNCA). 

• Oversee the disposition process for SNCA rejected and ensure timely action is taken. 

• Prepare and maintain accurate incoming inspection reports for documentation. 

• Review supplier inspection reports and liaise with procurement and quality teams. 

• Provide technical support on inspection-related matters and contribute to continuous quality improvements. 

Job Requirements: 

• Possess a minimum NITEC/ Higher NITEC in any engineering or related field. 

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience 

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and inspection specifications 

• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment 

• Experienced in guiding or mentoring will be an added advantage
