Interface Manager - Part-Time

About the Company

We are partnering with a leading EPC organization delivering complex offshore and FPSO developments for international energy clients. The company is recognized for successfully executing large-scale engineering and construction projects across the global energy sector.

About the Role

The Interface Manager will coordinate technical and project interfaces between engineering contractors, project disciplines, clients, procurement, fabrication teams, and other stakeholders. You will ensure effective communication and timely resolution of interface issues to support project execution.

This position is based in Jiangsu, China, with regular travel to the engineering office in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all engineering and project interfaces across internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate design inputs between multiple engineering disciplines.
• Track interface issues and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate interface meetings and maintain interface registers.
• Support engineering contractors to ensure smooth design integration.
• Minimize interface-related risks affecting project schedule and construction.
• Report interface status to project management.

About You

You are highly organized with excellent communication and coordination skills. You thrive in complex project environments where multiple contractors and stakeholders must work together to achieve common project objectives.

Summary of Key Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in EPC, offshore, marine, or FPSO projects.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and interface management skills.
• Experience working with international engineering teams.
• Fluent English communication.
• Based in Jiangsu, China, with regular travel to India.
• Contract duration: 2 to 2.5 years.
