• Job Description
• Coordinate and manage IT environments to support development and testing activities.
• Ensure availability and stability of IT environments in alignment with project timelines.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to resolve environment-related issues.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot potential issues in IT environments.
• Maintain documentation related to environment configurations and setups.
• Assist in planning and executing environment upgrades or changes.

Support the implementation of best practices for environment management.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align environment needs with business objectives.

• The Successful Applicant
• A successful IT EnvironmentManagement Analyst should have:
• Strong understanding of IT environment management practices.
• Hands-on experience in T24 (Temenos) application support, COB, tSA services, etc.
• Knowledge or experience with TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework Java)
• Python scripting/coding for automation (e.g., environment setup, deployment, monitoring)
• Experience in the technology department of the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
