Manager, Process (MTBE) - Part-Time

As a Metrology Process Section Manager, he/she is responsible for guiding and leading the MTBE process team for process efficiency enhancement, improvement projects, quality management and safety with the objective of ensuring smooth business operations within department guidelines and corporate policies. 

Roles & Responsibilities  

Leadership & Operational Coordination

• Lead and guide the team throughout issues, 8Ds and Audits

• Attend daily meetings with the equipment, production and operations management teams to discuss on the needs for smooth production

Process Performance Management
In order to ensure smooth production operations:

• Plan and execute projects to meet production requirements

• Conduct important/critical process performance reviews

• Provide guidance on statistical analysis tools for overall process and conduct regular reviews

• Decide critical production requirements through process and equipment performance metrics

Continuous Improvement and Change Management
In order to comply with policies and improve overall efficiency:

• Initiate improvement projects
• Create enhancement opportunities
• Follow through with clear direction and guidance to enable timely project closure and concise documentation on such projects with conclusive technical advantage established
• Identify need for change or areas for further improvements, both on documentation work flow and operational efficiency enhancement projects

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Excellent knowledge of Metrology and also wafer fabrication process.

• Excellent knowledge in SPC, FMEA and MSA 

• Excellent knowledge in project management skills.
