Operations Supervisor (12 Months Up To $3.3k) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Manage daily site operations and ensure vehicles are ready, safe, and on schedule while coordinating with teams and vendors. Maintain accurate records and support compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to keep things running smoothly and safely
• Be the main point of contact for all on-site activities
• Make sure vehicles are ready (cleaning, charging, inspections, updates)
• Track fleet status, staff attendance, and incidents
• Coordinate with vendors, security, and cleaning teams
• Keep records and reports accurate and up to date
• Support audits and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 4 driving licence with a good driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, basic software, and diagnostic tools
• Able to communicate in English; other languages are a plus
• Detail-oriented and careful in completing tasks
• Strong awareness and commitment to workplace safety
