Principal Automation Engineer - Part-Time

PSA Tuas Port is the world's largest automated container terminal.
The Port utilises advanced automation technologies, including artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles,
to enhance operational efficiency and support the growing demands of international trade.

Main responsibilities of this role are:

• oversee the performance and maintenance of all end-feed systems in Tuas Terminals,
• involve in automation performance management of automated cranes, including conducting analysis and defining enhancements requirements,
• provide technical training to the maintenance team in the areas of video analytics, network and communications systems for automated crane operations, and
• support current and future projects in the areas of crane management, automation, network communication systems and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering or IT
• At least 5 years’ of relevant experience in end-feed systems for large scale automation operations
• High technical competence with good solutioning skills
• Good leadership and stakeholder management skills
