Job Summary

Support downstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing by applying process knowledge, ensuring GMP compliance, analyzing data trends, and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams to optimize process performance.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of downstream biopharmaceutical processes such as seed train, cell culture, bioreactor operations, multi-column chromatography, and viral inactivation to support manufacturing activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and uphold process data integrity principles during operations
• Analyze process data and identify trends to monitor and improve process performance
• Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, following guidance to achieve operational goals
• Use structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to address process challenges and support continuous improvement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline
• Experience in downstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process support, or manufacturing operations in a regulated environment
